PEACE OF MIND WAIVER

DAMAGE WAIVER

Lake Havasu Houseboats carries insurance against general charter risks. As a Charterer, if you have accepted the optional damage waiver; your responsibility has been reduced to the amount equal to a deductible of the amount equal to security/damage deposit and we will then cover you for any damages up to a maximum amount of $10,000.00. In the event damages exceed $10,000.00 your liability if any will be determined by our insurance carrier. The damage waiver does not cover damages as a result of willful behavior or negligence by the Charterer on both the interior and exterior of the houseboat. The propellers are covered separately under the propeller waiver below.

PROPELLER WAIVER

Limits the Charterer’s responsibility for our 60-67-72 foot houseboats from a cost of $350.00 to a fee of $95.00. Limits the Charterer’s responsibility for our 75-85 foot houseboats from a cost of $800.00 to a fee of $195.00. The fee applies for each propeller and or each occurrence.

TOWING WAIVER

The towing waiver reduces the Charterer’s liability for towing as a result of operator error from a minimum of $650.00 to a fee of $125.00 per tow.
